I chair its Business Leaders Program in Dubai, a small, hand-picked circle of CEOs and business owners at a similar stage, none of them competitors, all of them carrying the same weight of decisions that don't have a textbook answer.
Every two months, the group sits down for a facilitated six-hour session.
